Im not camping this week but a lot of people are. So here’s the challenge: Post the coolest, strangest and most interesting ways to live out of a vehicle.
Rules:
Must be self propelled
Must sleep 2 adults and 2 kids (to eliminate simply sleeping in just about any car)
You can sleep on it or in it, but not outside of it (no F40's with ground tents)
Must have basic living tenants (water/cooking/bedding) Kitchen can be outside but attached.
Try and be original. I’ll get the ball rolling with the obvious candidates:
Terrawind
Earthroamer
So have at it.

FYI - Not just land vehicles, water vehicles too. Though technically not self propelled on land, this is one cool camper idea that is partially self propelled.

Happy camping in and on a 1958 Ford Country Squire Wagon!

Such a 50's style. Camping back then was either really roughing it or Bedouin tents on wheels it seemed.

Can you sleep 2 adults and 2 kids in it? False, kids don’t sleep on airplanes.

I desperately love this concept. I wish it were real, well, I mean real and functional.

4 wd syncro camper van, one of my cycling friends has one. The front seats rotate 90 degrees, for a more personal touch while drinking after ride beers.

I was expecting this from McMike but I knew this would be in here. If only these weren’t so niche and expensive. We need the california back.

cuban boat-truck. i guarantee that there i a stove there somewhere. this thing was out on the water for about a week, almost made it to us soil. if the stove isnt there, you can always cook off of the exhaust manifold. it has a pto driven prop.

I don’t like your requirements. Can’t I just hang a hammock between the Ducati and a tree and then carry standard backpacking supplies between a backpack and panniers?

Need a super economical camper that can Also be a semi-regular DD? Don’t worry Japan’s Kei Campers got you.
